1. Using NetGists
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use NetGists, its articles, tools, comments, subscription features and related website services. By continuing to use the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors, the website or third-party services.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the site.
2. Information, not a guarantee
NetGists publishes jobs, scholarships, study routes, admissions information and career guidance. The material is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a promise that you will qualify for, receive or succeed in any opportunity.
Requirements, fees, deadlines, immigration rules, scholarship conditions and institutional policies can change after an article is published. You are responsible for checking the current official information before making an important decision, submitting an application, paying money or travelling.
3. We are not the decision-maker
Unless a page clearly says otherwise, NetGists is not the employer, recruiter, university, scholarship provider, examination body, embassy, immigration authority or government agency mentioned in an article. Those organisations control their own application processes and decisions.
NetGists cannot issue an employment letter, admission offer, scholarship award, visa or official approval on behalf of a third party.

A link is provided to help you reach a source; it does not mean NetGists controls or guarantees that external service.

5. Applications, payments and personal information
You are responsible for deciding what information to submit to an employer, institution or other third party. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank PINs or unrelated financial credentials simply because a message claims to be connected to an opportunity.
Where legitimate application costs exist, such as an examination fee, credential evaluation or government fee, verify the amount and payment destination with the responsible provider.
6. Comments and user contributions
If comments or other submission features are available, you must not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, spammy or malicious material. Do not impersonate another person or publish private information that you are not entitled to disclose.
We may moderate, hide or remove contributions when reasonably necessary to protect readers, comply with law, reduce spam or keep discussions relevant. Publication of a comment does not mean NetGists endorses it.

Unless otherwise stated, the original design, branding and editorial material published by NetGists are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
